Cancellation Policy

Please refer to the Program Agreement for Cancellations. For 1:1 Health Coaching, please let me know at least 72 hours in advance, so that you will not lose that session and can reschedule for a later date. For group programs, a recording will be emailed to you with a 24-hour notice and that recording will only be available for 7 days. To cancel the entire program, a written request must be emailed 72 hours in advance to program start date. For Group Programs, no refunds are available after the start of day 1.
